Thank you for visiting and shopping at Swagzaar. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping across India: Delivered in 3 to 7 business days.
- Free Shipping: Applicable on prepaid orders or orders above specified cart value thresholds.

3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD orders are processed after phone/SMS confirmation. Please ensure your delivery address and mobile number are accurate.

5. Damaged Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos/videos of the package and product within 48 hours of delivery.
